CranioSacral Therapy (CST)
This is a light touch technique used all over the body to influence and support the nervous system and other tissues to release tension, improve blood flow, while resetting the nervous system and body to promote rest, digestion, healing, repair, and restoration.
This treatment is great for anyone with PTSD, Fibromyalgia, Insomnia, Headaches, Stress and depression, physical and emotional traumas, facial and head injuries, mouth and throat issues and so much more.
There is no age limit to receive this therapy. Wear comfortable clothing. Treatment is usually for one hour, but can go as long as 90 minutes.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST)

The salt helps kill bacteria, viruses, mold and fungus and helps reduce excess mucous. The salt also lands on the exposed skin and is absorbed quickly. This helps clean the skin and lymphatics.
This treatment is highly effective for many after head trauma, car accidents, multiple traumas, chronic pain, toxic mold, and Lymes disease, neurological conditions (Parkinson's disease, MS, brain fog, minor memory issues, etc.), TMJ, headaches, migraines, chronic illness, fear-based thinking and more.
Lymphatic Drainage
For breast health: improve the circulation and detox pathways of the breast to normalize the lymphatics and texture of breast tissues when diagnosed with fibrocystic breasts, dense breast tissue, or after any breast surgery.
I offer a 90 minute treatment to improve your breast circulation and lymphatics. I also teach you how to continue this work on your own at home.
We also have a small, electrical device that facilitates clearing of the lymph nodes and dense tissues of the breast, so you can do your own treatments in the privacy of your own home. Call for more details.

Jean will also instruct you in multiple ways to stimulate your own lymphatic system when you are at home. Then you can continue to carry out self-treatment techniques to maintain and preserve the health and efficiency of your own lymphatic system.
Hot Stone Massage
The hot stones help get the lymphatics on the move and relax the superficial muscles, so I can work deeper in the muscles/fascial planes with less tension. This treatment decreases muscle tension, relaxes the body, stimulates the lymphatic system, improves circulation, realigns the spine, and calms the mind. It is not just a massage. It’s an experience!

Hot Stone Massage
The hot stones help relax the superficial tissues, so I can work deeper in the muscles/fascial planes with less tension. Decrease muscle tension, relax the body, stimulate the lymphatic system, improves circulation and destress mind. It is not just a massage. It’s an experience!
Deep Dry Needling (DDN)
This treatment uses acupuncture needles superficially or deep into the muscles or other supportive tissues, to reduce pain, reduce muscle tension, stimulate muscle activation, and/or retrain muscle recruitment patterns for improved mobility and client comfort. This can be an add on to any other treatment. Charged by 15 minute increments.
Deep Dry Needling (DDN)
This treatment uses acupuncture needles superficially or deep into the muscles or other supportive tissues to reduce pain, reduce muscle tension, stimulate muscle activation, and retrain muscle recruitment patterns for improved mobility and client comfort. This treatment works well for chronic or acute pain and tension, especially in the neck and shoulders, low back, buttocks, hip and thighs.
This treatment is highly effective to help treat Headaches, neck and shoulder tension or pain, low back pain and trigger points throughout the body.
Neuropathy Relief Program
This is a three month program that helps reverse the symptoms of neuropathy.
After a thorough sensory examination of your feet we also take thermal images of your current circulation in your feet. We then sit down together and discuss multiple strategies to help stimulate return or circulation, support the body's' needs to regenerate nerve and circulatory tissues, therapies offered within the clinic, and biohacking tools and strategies to perform daily on your own at home.
If you have neuropathy of your hands as well, we do the same to treat them. We continue to follow you until six months with the program.
When compliant with treatments at the clinic and home, 80% of our clients present with a 40% improvement within three months, and 90% or greater at 12 months.
Dolphin Neuro- Stimulator
This technique removes pain by 50% or greater in 70-80% of my clients with pain, regardless of location of pain in the body. This is a technique that uses various movement patterns to reduce/eliminate pain, release deep lines of tension throughout the body and retrain muscle recruitment patterns. Once we have identified the primary movements for the client, the client can then perform two simple exercises to eliminate their pain and improve function independently in less than five minutes.
This treatment is highly effective for plantar fasciitis or other foot pain, low back pain, sacral or tail bone pain, shoulder pain and so much more.

9D Breathwork is a revolutionary approach that challenges the traditional path of healing trauma. It merges ancient breathwork techniques with modern technology, creating a multi-sensory experience of safety, community, awakening, and art. 9Dbreathwork is a combination of breathwork, hypnosis, & a range of different vibrations, sounds & frequencies designed to access the subconscious mind, release trapped emotions and traumas, & helps to rewire the brain.
Sessions are usually 60-90 minutes in length. Programs available for teens and children of shorter duration.
Bring a yoga mat, small blanket and personal eye cover. We will have small pillows and bolsters available if needed. Hydrate well during the morning hours and eating is not recommended after lunch for evening classes, and not in the morning for morning classes.

9D Breathwork
I use the knowledge I’ve gained over 30 years as a physical therapist, to design an exercise program specifically for the individual to help restore function, reduce pain, and return to one’s desired state of wellness. I have a wide and unique knowledge of exercises and principles that improve function quickly. Clients are able to move at their pace and level of compliance to improve their function and reduce their pain with continued guidance or a one-time treatment.
Clients usually seek me out for this when they have shoulder impingement, rotator cuff pain, low back pain, neck pain and headaches, knee and foot pain and more.
Dolphin Neuro- Stimulator (Microcurrent)
Pain Relief: Scars usually cut through one or more meridians, blocking electron flows throughout the body. Scars can refer pain to other places throughout the body. Once restored with use of microcurrent to acupressure points, pain is relieved and rarely returns while improving function.
Scar Revision: Not all of us heal surgical or traumatic scars well. If you have a puckered or thickened scar, this treatment usually improves the softness, visibility, scar size and releases adhesions, improving blood flow, tissue texture and electron flow of meridians.
Post-Concussion: When used on the cranium, it can help improve brain function and heart rate variability, decrease cortisol and improve brain information transmission to/from the body.
Vagal nerve stimulation with these devices improves HRV (heart rate variability) by 40%, calming the nervous system for days.
